The Feathered Coop is a closed breeding aviary located in Frederick, MD. We have bred many different species over the years but have since slowed our breeding down to just American Parakeets.

We take great pride in raising happy, healthy and well-socialized babies. All our babies are hand-raised/fed with great care in our home around people and our ever-growing zoo of animals.

We have made every effort to put everything related to purchasing one of our babies on our website, therefore, we encourage you to visit the Purchase Process page.

We would love to sell you one of our birds, however, if the fit is not right, we would much rather not. We encourage you to ask all the questions you have, and we will do our best to assist you in making the right decision.

We do NOT ship our birds.
